If you're a normal adult, Xango suggests that you consume the standard monthly shipment, called ADP, in Xango-speak. That costs:
- U.S. $100 per month +
- shipping (normally $10-$15 per month) +
- local taxes (in some areas) +
- U.S. $35 per year annual Xango membership fee*
Infants & children, of course, can take a commensurate amount, judged by body weight in relation to a healthy adult.
If you have a chronic condition, FDA rulings about what anyone can say about "natural" products having drug-like effects...means that I'm not at liberty to comment in any way upon what Xango can or cannot do, and I certainly can't say how much Xango you should take.
However, if you find that you like Xango (and I'm pretty sure you will), even if you considered having 2 or 3 times the amount recommended for the average person, it would still be fine, because you can't "overdose" on this incredible juice, which the FDA classes as "a food".
I find that some users prefer to do just that, though they generally reduce that to the normal ADP within a couple of months. I've even heard of some cases, in which people consumed a bottle of Xango a day, for a while, which may sound excessive...but obviously they had their reasons.

* I've not yet heard of Xango actually collecting the annual fee for the second year.
