Don't sell Xango on ebay

There's not much of an introduction that I can give for this, so here it is:

Dear Xango Leaders:

Xango LLC is a recognized category creator as the first company to market a premium mangosteen beverage, Xango Juice, to consumers worldwide and is dedicated to leading this new category with the world's best mangosteen products.

Xango uses a network marketing distribution channel as a business model to distribute Xango Juice, because this has enabled the company to bring the incredible story of the mangosteen and its beneficial properties to consumers faster than any other distribution method. In a relatively short period of time, this viral method of marketing has created global consumer interest in our category-creating product. Network marketing has also given opportunity to independent distributors to be part of and contribute to Xango's surging growth.

Although there is only one authorized way of selling Xango Juice, its sale has recently proliferated on eBay, which Xango Corporate considers a serious infraction of their corporate policy. Xango's Compliance Department is very much aware of the threat that this poses to our Distributors and their retail sales and has adopted a zero tolerance policy related to the eBay sales of Xango Juice. Xango's official policy states:

49-e Auctioning Product: Distributors may not sell or facilitate the sale of Company product(s) on websites where an auction is the mode of selling/buying (e.g. eBay). This policy does not prohibit the sale of Xango on the internet (see Section 48). Distributors must comply with the following guidelines:

1. A Distributor may not personally list product(s) for sale on any auction-style website (e.g., eBay).

2. A Distributor may not employ or provide product to any non-Distributor third party (such as a spouse, family member, friend, neighbor, coworker, etc.) for the purpose of selling product on their behalf on any auction-style website. Such practices will be found as a violation of this policy.

3. An auction listing will be considered a violation even if the price is equal to or greater than the retail value of the product.

Any distributor found selling Xango Juice on eBay will have their distributorship immediately suspended. The terms of the suspension pursuant to the Policies and Procedures manual section 8-b are as follows:

Suspension: Distributor is prohibited from placing orders, from receiving commission checks, from receiving ADP and from sponsoring new Distributors.

If there is a future infraction of this Policy, the Distributor account may be subject to termination. It is also important to understand that Xango purchased on eBay does not carry any guarantee from the company. If your product is purchased on eBay, Xango will not issue a refund for that product.
